The steel pretreatment line is composed of preheating, shot blasting machine, paint spraying machine, transportation roller table and driving station. Since many parts of the assembly line have been in a high-escape state for a long time, and the painted primer is flammable and explosive, all operators of the assembly line must strictly follow the operation regulations to make the equipment operate safely and efficiently.

  1. Preparation before production

  1. Is there any debris on the roller table? It should be cleaned before operation.

  2. Is the belt of the blast motor tight? If it is loose, it should be adjusted in time.

  3. How tight is the belt of the hoist? If it is loose, it should be adjusted in time.

  4. Was there any debris during the last work of the machine? Is the steel shot channel open?

  5. Is the nozzle smooth? Are the high-pressure pump, solenoid valve and air valve operating normally?

  2. Work requirements

  1. Pay attention to whether the current of each motor is normal? If there are any abnormalities, stop the machine immediately and check.

  2. Adjust the shot peening current in time according to the processed steel and adjust the height of the blower blade.

  3. According to the process requirements, timely adjust the working pressure of the high-pressure pump, the running speed of the roller table and the spray gun, so that the thickness of the paint film and the composite surface meet the quality requirements.

  4. In the process of work, it is necessary to strengthen the inspection, pay attention to whether there are abnormal vibration, noise, high temperature, smoke and odor in the high-speed running parts.

  5. According to the workload, calculate the amount of paint to avoid unnecessary waste.

  6. Pay attention to safe production, fire and explosion prevention. Dangerous goods are stacked according to regulations. It is strictly prohibited to bring various kinds of fire into the paint mixing room. The equipment such as paint sprayer and paint mixing barrel should be grounded. When working in the paint mixing room, static sparks should be avoided to avoid accidents.

  7. In the work, if there is a special emergency, anyone has the right to use the emergency stop switch to stop the emergency, so as not to cause major personnel or machine damage accidents.

  8. In work, measures to prevent ground pollution should be taken.

  3. Requirements to complete the work

  1. Carefully clean the work site and thoroughly clean the pipes and nozzles.

  2. Turn off all gas valves and steam switches.

  3. Close parallel doors, windows and lighting switches.

  4. All toxic and hazardous solid and liquid wastes should be collected and placed in designated collection sites.

  5. Keep good working records.

  4. Work weekly

  1. Check the blades, protective plates and wearing parts inside the machine.

  2. Add oil to the oil nozzle and rotating chain.

  3. Clean the equipment. During the cleaning process, please pay attention to check whether the equipment is faulty or damaged.
