The whole spraying and baking room is of assembled structure. The body of the room is made of thermal insulation sprayed plastic wall panels with good sealing and thermal insulation performance. The aluminum alloy cladding gate is equipped with an observation window in the center of the door to observe the dynamics of the room at any time. The side is equipped with a working door, which is convenient for staff to enter and exit. The high-quality stainless steel heat exchanger has high heat exchange efficiency and long service life. The imported filter cotton and low noise and high air volume fan are used to ensure the perfection of the painting effect.

The spray booth provides spraying of workpieces: (1) a clean working environment; (2) full collection of paint mist. According to the size, shape, weight and production plan of the workpiece, there are many ways to configure the spray booth: open type and closed type; continuous type and intermittent type; workpiece rotation or fixed type; single side spray And the spraying on both sides. In recent years, oil curtain spray booths and lower spray booths have also been developed. The structure should include: air supply filtration system, work piece hanging (transport, rotation) device, water curtain system, water washing system, exhaust system, water tank, lighting device and room body. The principle of paint mist recovery: paint mist recovery can be divided into two parts: first, when spraying the workpiece, the paint mist collides with the water curtain, the water curtain will dissolve part of the paint mist and fall into the sink; second, the paint that has not been dissolved in the water curtain The mist enters the washing room through the gap at the bottom of the water curtain plate, and is fully mixed with the water mist sprayed from the atomizing nozzle. The gas and water are separated and settled and then flow into the water tank. The paint mist coagulant is regularly added to the water tank to form paint residue, so as to achieve the effect of environmental protection.
